Invitation

We invite and welcome researchers, practitioners, designers, and students across HCI, AI, cognitive science, organizational behavior, policy, and law — and anyone who has ever had to trust, distrust, or work alongside an AI system — to join us for a day of argument, hands-on exploration, and collective synthesis.

What we're here to argue about

Is "teaming" the right frame for human–AI collaboration, or does it obscure more than it reveals?
When we actually put people in front of a working system, do the dimensions of "teaming" hold up — or fall apart?
If "teaming" doesn't hold, what should replace it, and who gets to decide?
